Hidden in a in the shade of a side alley just a few steps from ancient Stradun. Situated in the middle of the bustling luminous Old Town of Dubrovnik but tucked away neatly in a little side street allows the perfect balance of summer atmosphere and privacy amongst friends and/or family. Gil’s Little Bistro is little in size and large in quality.
Our ever-changing, local market fresh menu really does have a dish for EVERYONE. From families with little ones to the most critical food connoisseur. Local products have been carefully sourced and combined with the finest imports and the experience of Chef. The result, simply delicious.The seating is outside in a narrow walkway that runs up perpendicular from the main street of Stradun and offered great views of the people passing by below.
